Headgear

All uniformed military and Political formations had their own unique headgear. Most were for daily wear while many were utilitarian, such as with the military where they were used for combat & training purposes i.e. helmets. Still others were exclusively worn for dress or ceremonial occasions. Headgear varied in material, color & decoration depending on their use (climate) and organization. 1 WWII Army Panzer EM/NCO Visor Cap; issue type in excellent condition with rust colored cotton lining & wide brown leather sweatband having ink stamped maker and date 1939; eisenglas in crown missing with stamped size numbers; black vulcan fiber visor with brown underside. Army feldgrau ribbed-wool crown and dark green wool cap band all piped in pink wool; black leather chinstrap below aluminum national cockade, wreath and eagle-$595.
