Uniforms

All uniformed military and Political formations had their own uniform. Most were for daily wear while many were utilitarian, such as with the military where they were used for combat & training purposes. WW2 US M41 JACKET, CBI -92ND FIGHTER SQUADRON

1 WWII CBI PILOT'S M41 JACKET -92nd Fighter Squadron, 14th Air Force, China-Burma-India Theater; attributed only with the name F.W.Hook, written in the sleeve; original insignia to include quilted silk blood chit & Squadron patch; evidence of removed round patch on left shoulder (14th Flying Tiger?); good Large size Jacket having all its buttons and perfect working Talon zipper; issue OD blanket-wool lining; (Officer rank assumed due to rank holes on epaulets & no sleeve insignia); Excellent overall condition with NO rips, fraying, tears or holes, only period repair to back collar area; needs dry-cleaning to removal some dark areas;SOLD
