1942 Afrikakorps Officers field Cap

BUY / RESERVE THIS ITEMDescription: Near Mint condition, second pattern (with oil cloth sweatband) Tropical DAK officer field cap. “Bruno Kern” maker marked with correct factory (hand) applied insignia for-Bruno in a large size 60. Never had a soutache which is rarer than early (1940-42) officer field caps with soutache! Only two of every 100 tropical field caps had factory-applied officer silver piping. An unissued ‘one-looker’ for sure!
