Fine dark navy blue wool open style short jacket with dual chained-button closure; named/unit marked/dated inside; ‘Fleet Commander’ Staff sleeve insignia and one signalmaat metal career rate plus loops for two badges; with matched blue/white KM bib; exc-near mint.
