WWII Bulgarian Pioneer Captains Tropical Uniform with award of the German Iron Cross 2nd Class; lightweight olive drab cotton nearly identical to its ally Germany’s tropical tunics. Similar cut with scalloped pockets like an Austrian tunic. Captain of Pioneer shoulder boards with the monogram of King Boris III + Crown; olive drab painted ‘Lion profile’ buttons throughout. Provisions for medal bar on left chest. Medium-large with approx a size 40″ chest & 23″ length sleeves; in excellent condition, uncommon axis tunic. Excellent.
