BUY / RESERVE THIS ITEMDescription: A great Army Officer Rig thats looks as bright overall as the day it was made; Bright 10.2” blade is overall near mint. The reverse ricasso is well marked with a deeply acid etched ubiquitous 1935-41 manufacturer’s logo for “Eickhorn-Solingen”: original brown leather washer remains in-situ. A-top the crossguard is a deep yellow-orange grip that remains undamaged. The dagger has an overall matching subdued-bright appearance to ALL its silvered parts, crossguard, ferrule, pommel & scabbard. There are NO plating issues with this dagger and if not for a ding in the edge of the scabbard(see pic) this would be a MINT dagger! Comes with its original officers portepee.
