Description: Die struck, solid backed, alloy construction badge with an olive/bronze finish. Badge features an embossed, vertically oval, oak-leaf wreath with a Wehrmacht style eagle with down-swept wings, superimposed to the top center, encompassing a cut-out rifle with a fixed bayonet and a sling. Unknown maker but this particular badge has a unique crimped-pin assembly (see pics of hinge & pin catch hook) Near Mint -a real beauty!
