Description: Naval Officer or NCO, Nice quality hand embroidered breast eagle with out-stretched wings, clutching a wreathed, canted, swastika in its talons, in heavy gold wire threads with gold cotton accent threads above a swastika & wreath of gold celleon thread. Mounted on a cut-out, navy blue, wool base. May or may have been removed from a uniform, hard to tell. A nice two-tone one!.
