BUY / RESERVE THIS ITEMDescription: Rare cast zinc construction belt buckle (nearly identical to the common cast zinc HJ Buckles) with a solid reverse unlike all other die stamped aluminum & steel SS Buckles., The reverse of the buckle is well marked with the cast ID: “RZM 822/42 SS” indicating manufacture by R. Sieper & Söhne, Lüdenscheid. Retains much of its original silver finish but does have some slight, scattered loss as would be expected with a zinc piece 83 years old. One of the Rarest of all Waffen-SS Buckles.
