A Maltese cross in silvered feinzink, the obverse with crossed swords between the arms of the cross and a circular raised border of oak leaves on the obverse with a raised mobile swastika in the center, the reverse plain with a flat-wire clasp-hook attached on an oval base; wide vertical, tapered pin from a block hinge, obverse of pin marked with ‘L/15’ for ‘Otto Schickle’, Pforzheim (a lesser maker of the WMC 1 Class); measuring 48 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), in very fine condition retaining nearly all its heavy silvered obverse finish.
