Any item may be placed on HOLD via email or by calling (949)280-9965 any time. All prices are in US Dollars ($). We accept all major Credit Cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS & DISCOVER) as well as Personal Checks, Postal Money Orders & Bank Checks (personal checks typically require 2 day clearance). *Listed prices are for Cash, Checks, or Money Orders and represent a 3% discount, please ADD this for Credit Card* use. For our International Customers we accept all major Credit Cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS & DISCOVER), Western Union, direct Bank transfers & Bank checks. *Please add 3% for Credit Card & Bank Transer fees; All payments are to be in US$ Dollars. Payment or deposit is due within 5 days of ordering. Failure to fulfill payment or deposit within this time period frees Antiques, Arms & Armor of all obligations. We offer a lay-away-plan on all items in excess of $500 which requires one-third down upon order with the balance due typiclly within (30-60 Days). Down payments are non-refundable. Please email for more details. We will also consider any trades you might have, please call or email with any items you have to trade. We offer no promise to accept trades, but they will be considered as long as they are un-tampered with ORIGINALS -NO reproductions of any kind will be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any item in doubt. A “COA” (Certificate of Authenticity) is availble upon request on any military item(s) sold.
CA State Sales Tax
If you are a California resident, add CA state sales tax (8% locally), unless you provide us a hard copy of your CA Seller’s Permit resale number.
Shipping
Items are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment Monday through Friday. Purchaser pays all shipping costs. US shipping is with USPS, UPS or FedEx. Insurance will be extra but recommended. If you choose not to insure, Antiques, Arms and Armor will not be held responsible for loses through any carrier. Any claims for lost/damaged shipments to be made through the shipping carrier only. International Customers are responsible for all customs fees/duty charges. We recommend USPS Express Mail with tracking for most items; Antiques, Arms & Armor is a Licensed Federal Firearms Dealer for both curious & relics as well as modern weapons; Post 1898 Firearms will be shipped within the US only and only upon receipt by Antiques, Arms & Armor of a valid, signed C&R or FFL from the buyer or on the buyers behalf.
Return Policy
All military items are guaranteed original to the period described. Antiques, Arms & Armor offers a money back guarantee on all military related items found not to be as described. Should you decide to return anything military related it must be returned within Seven (7) days from your reciept for a full Refund or Credit less shipping and insurance. All returned items must be received in the same condition in which they were sold. Returns will not be accepted if an item does not fit. Tampering with the item, cleaning of edged weapons or medals, removal of insignia, any disassembly or removal of accoutrements will void our return policy. Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance charges on returned items. Any returned items must be fully insured. No exceptions. All items are sold purely as collectibles & investments including weapons. All non-military items are sold as is. Antiques, Arms & Armor is free of any liabilities regarding the use of firearms sold.
