Knights Cross by Steinhauer & Luck ‘935 #4’

Price: Sold

Knights Cross of the Iron Cross 1939; textbook example by Steinhauer & Luck having the ‘935’ silver mark as well as the separate incused number ‘4’. Most of the original frosted silvering remains on the crossses ribbing both obverse & reverse with some patches of tarnish where the lacquer is thinnest. Ribbon loop is stamped ‘800’ and is completely tarnished dark having never been lacquered. Cross comes with its original full-length award ribbon as worn over the head or the recipient at the time of the award. A great textbook example of the latest RK.
