Description: Luftwaffe dress bayonet by Eickhorn; for NCO/Officer. Blade is 9.5 inches, flawless bright nickel/silver plated with narrow fullers to each side. Thick brown leather washer in-situ. The bayonet has a nickel/silver plated steel cross guard; flash guard and a stylized eagle head pommel are of solid polished nickel. The bayonet has tight, carved stag horn grips which are secured to the hilt by two dome headed aluminum rivets. The stylized eagle head pommel and stud button are all intact and functional; original red wool insert in its slot. The bayonet comes complete with its original black lacquered steel scabbard. Comes with its correct, Original brown narrow dress frog. Nr impossible to upgrade.
