Description: WWII Japanese Army Type-30 Bayonet by Nagoya (variant-D);
MARKS: Nagoya inspectors stamp; pommel serial numbered: 72373.
BLADE: 20 inch, factory perfect, 100% blued fullered blade.
GRIP/CROSSGUARD: 14mm muzzle ring; contoured wood grip panels w/2 screw & washers (unmolested); straight crossguard.
SCABBARD: early metal ball tipped 41.6cm scabbard w/100% blued finish; this is the last model to have a metal scabbard.
FROG: sewn & riveted multi-piece wide-loop type-30, w/2 rivets, blackened buckle.
Not a rare maker but its MINT Condition says it all, hard to upgrade this one!
