BUY / RESERVE THIS ITEMDescription: Mint condition Wehrmacht A-Frame with attached Assault Pack 1941, STURMGEPÄCK “A-RAHMEN”. Instituted in 1939 this field gear had a simple structure that was made of strong synthetic cotton webbing with six leather or web straps, two of which were attached at the trapezium. This is an early one with leather components, gray painted steel hardware throughout; 100% serviceable, circa 1939-41. This A-Frame comes with its 1941 dated Assault Pack (personal equipment bag) designed to be tied onto the A-Frame (see pics); On this A-Frame rig could also be attached the mess kit and the poncho/Zeltbahnrolle. This A-frame was attached to the wearer’s Y-strap Suspenders (with D-Rings) ‘Tragegestell’. Mint example, tough to upgrade!
