BUY / RESERVE THIS ITEMDescription: Great example of a very late war Visor cap for a Pioneer Officer. Thick feldgrau wool cap having an exceptionally high-peak. Feldgrün wool cap band. Black wool piping throughout being thicker around the crown. Simple beige cotton lining with about 25% of its eisenglass. Beige leather sweatband. Untampered-with matched gray-zinc insignia to front along with gray-silver wire chin cord. This textbook late-war cap looks the 1944-45 part and would be mint it not for its missing piece of eisenglass. Excellent To Nr. mint overall.
