BUY / RESERVE THIS ITEMDescription: WW2 Kriegsmarine Standard issue pullover uniform and quite rare matching side cap; Cap has factory applied insignia specific to this white summer cap; depot marked and dated 1941 & 1942; Matching pullover style jumper; mid-weight, brushed white cotton construction that features a central vertical V-neck slash opening with dual, white cotton tie tapes and an integral, fold back blue nankeen rectangular collar. The shirt has a long tail skirt with small, vertical, “V” slashes to each outside seam and small, horizontally rectangular, dual-ply, reinforcement panels with dual, stitched eyelets to each, designed to secure the underpants to the shirt. Original breast eagle and double sleeve rates;. Nice pre-war 1935 issue markings and named sailors embroidery; Shows expected period aging on white but overall very nice condition and a relatively large size as well.
