1902 US Army Regulation Infantry NCO Service Cap, SPAN-AM era; dark blue wool issue cap with double vent holes on each side of crown and infantry-blue colored wool striping around cap band; black leather chinstrap retained by two brass un-rimmed eagle buttons; short black fiber visor with leather trimmed edge. Original black cotton lining and wide brown leather sweatband; unmarked except for paper size (7-1/4) label; brass infantry crossed rifles cap badge for 1st Bn B-company; near mint showing no actual wear.
