Description: High quality, private purchase,blue-gray wool/tricot blend construction service tunic featuring an open collar, four pleated-patch pocket, 4 button uniform; Tailors label in collar and matching named label inside lining pocket named & dated 1937. Early downtail bullion hand-embroidered breast eagle, 1Lt Collar tabs, sew-in shoulder boards are all original and untampered-with. “L” cyphr along with single rank-pip on each shoulder board for 1st Lt of Lehrtruppen (flieger training unit). Comes with original loops and EK2 ribbon sewn into the top buttonhole. Some mothing to right-rear shoulder; Buttons are all original and unmolested.
