Description: Very nice quality, private purchase Italian-tailored, open collar tropical Panzer Officers tunic, Shirt & breeches having a Naples tailor tag. All insignia is German and period applied- including all buttons. The tunic features a vertical, five button front with period-applied EK2 ribbon in the 2nd button hole. The tunic has four pleated-patch, front pockets with scalloped, button down flaps. The right breast retains its period-applied Officer’s silver wire, hand embroidered officers breast eagle.Tunic appears to have had two or three badges pinned directly onto the left breast pocket of which a silver panzer badge remains The straight cut, non-adjustable, sleeves have Italian Army-style french cuffs. The tunic has sewn in-place, slip-on style panzer officer shoulder boards. The left sleeve has an AFRIKA cufftitle with that “been there” look! The collar tabs are straight continental, Panzer officers. The interior of the tunic is fully lined in the Italian style with padded chest ribbing common to all Italian military officers uniforms.Tnnic come with Heer Officer issue tropical breeches in corduroy. Super RARE tunic with all original, untouched insignia. Nice!
