BUY / RESERVE THIS ITEMDescription: (Flak-Kampfabzeichen der Luftwaffe) Early 2nd pattern Luftwaffe FLAK badge made by C.E.Junker; constructed of neusilber, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, topped by a Luftwaffe eagle, central Flak 88 with its barrel extending beyond the edge of the wreath; the reverse with a ball hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round tombak wire catch (applied in Junkers typical sloppy way), correctly marked “C.E. JUNCKER, BERLIN” measuring 44 x 60mm weighing 42 grams, untouched original patina; epitome of Junker workmanship; extremely fine condition.
